Common questions
Can you recover a domain that has already expired?
Often, yes. Most domains pass through grace and redemption periods after expiry, and .au names follow their own auDA rules before they are purged and released. The sooner you contact us, the more options there are, so call as soon as you notice your site or email is down.
A former web developer registered our domain in their name. Is it still ours?
This is one of the most common cases we handle. We review who the registrant is, what evidence you hold (invoices, business records, trademarks, ABN) and work through the registrar and, where needed, the formal dispute process to get the name transferred to your business.
What information do you need to get started?

Do you only work with .com.au domains?
